Mitch Smolik is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and previously as Director of Operations at Howard Energy Partners since February 2021, Mitch has a solid background that includes positions such as Construction and Maintenance Manager at MPLX, Senior Facilities Engineer at MarkWest, and Senior Engineer at OneSubsea, focusing on subsea mechanical R&D. Earlier roles include Senior Research Engineer at SwRI, where expertise in noise and vibration consultancy, engine mechanical development, and business development was demonstrated. Mitch's career began with a Project Engineering Internship at Valero and a Mechanical R&D Cooperative position at Halliburton.
