William Parkhurst

William "Bill" Parkhurst is a licensed associate real estate broker and realtor with extensive experience in the real estate industry, having been a full-time professional since March 1990. Currently part of the Karpenko/Parkhurst Team at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since July 2017, Bill specializes in working with both sellers and buyers across Monroe County and surrounding areas. Additionally, Bill has been affiliated with RE/MAX Realty Group since May 2008, focusing on residential sales that include single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and new construction. Prior to these roles, Bill served as a residential and commercial real estate mortgage officer with First Federal, Goldome Bank, and Citibank. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, awarded in 1976.
