Jim Carman currently serves as the President of the Houston Region at Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., overseeing three award-winning master-planned communities: The Woodlands, Bridgeland, and The Woodlands Hills since August 2012. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Commercial Development and Vice President of MPC Commercial Development at Tivoli Village at Queensridge, as well as various roles at Crescent Real Estate, Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman, and The Haskell Company. Key accomplishments include managing significant development projects and construction efforts, such as the $500 million Ritz Carlton resort and the $370 million Performing Arts Center of Greater Miami. Jim Carman holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering & Management from Texas A&M University.
