Banner Gray has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Manager of Recruiting at Howard Hughes Medical Institute since July 2016, after progressing through roles including Senior Recruiting Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from June 2015 to July 2016, and as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual in 2014. Banner Gray holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from James Madison University (2011-2015), along with a high school diploma from Maggie L. Walker Governor's School (2007-2011).
