Jackie Jin-Ah Kwon

Jackie Jin-Ah Kwon, PhD, is a seasoned research specialist with extensive experience in molecular genetics and virus genetics. Currently serving as a Research Specialist II at Howard Hughes Medical Institute since 2014, Kwon has previously held positions including Visiting Research Scientist and Research Scientist/Research Faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2016, and Research Fellow/Research Faculty and Postdoctoral Associate from 2003 to 2008. Kwon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Genetics and a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology/Virus Genetics, both from Seoul National University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2002 and 1998 to 2000, respectively.
