Katherine Arpino

Katherine Arpino is an experienced information and research specialist currently serving at L.E.K. Consulting, where responsibilities include managing a virtual reference desk and developing research strategies for various sectors. Prior roles include information and research specialist at PAYARC, HR coordinator, and receptionist, whereby Katherine improved vendor negotiations, data management, and organizational systems. Additional experience encompasses an internship as a digital archive intern at LexBlog, Inc., digitization projects at the University of Connecticut’s Homer Babbidge Library, and various academic support and administrative roles during undergraduate studies. Katherine is pursuing a Master of Science in Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, building on a Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language and English from the University of Connecticut.
