Richard McLaughlin

Richard McLaughlin has significant experience in security and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Manager of Institutional Security at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute since December 2021, McLaughlin previously held the position of Account Manager at Allied Universal from February 2020 to December 2021. McLaughlin's extensive background in law enforcement includes over thirty years with the City of Laurel, MD, culminating in the role of Chief of Police, where responsibilities included overseeing a full-service police department with nearly 100 personnel.
