Sarah Calvo

Sarah Calvo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and computational biology. Currently serving as a Bioinformatics Specialist III at Howard Hughes Medical Institute since November 2022, Sarah has also held the position of Senior Computational Biologist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since September 2009. Additionally, Sarah contributes expertise as a Senior Computational Biologist at Broad Institute in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University. Sarah holds a PhD in Health Sciences and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Math from Williams College, earned in 1996.
