Arish Bharucha

Arish Bharucha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration. Currently serving as a Partner at Howard Kennedy LLP since May 2021, Arish previously held the position of Senior Associate and Associate at Cooke, Young & Keidan LLP from January 2014 to May 2021. Arish began a career in law at Herbert Smith Freehills as an Associate in the Litigation & Arbitration department after completing a Trainee Solicitor role at the same firm from February 2009 to December 2013. Arish's early exposure to the legal field includes a Vacation Scheme at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in July 2005. Arish holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Law and History from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Laws (LLM) from UCL.
