Ailene Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ailene began their career as a Production Coordinator at ESPN Classic in 2005. Ailene then worked as a Bankruptcy Attorney at Waltzer Law Group from 2007 to 2013. Ailene subsequently transitioned to the real estate industry, working as a Real Estate Broker at RealDirect from 2013 to 2015. Ailene then served as the Principal Broker for a residential real estate start-up called Quo in 2015. In 2019, Ailene joined Labelium as the Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment and immigration processes across North and South America. Ailene later joined Unbound Security in 2021 as an HR & Project Manager. Currently, Ailene is working at Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers, D.P.C. Ailene began as the People and Culture Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Director of People and Culture in September 2023.
Ailene Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin in 1998. Ailene later obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in 2004.
