Dave Sawyer

Dave Sawyer has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dave started their career in 1986 as a Human Resource Specialist at Shell Oil Company, where they worked until 1994. After that, they joined SPX Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources and stayed there until 1997. In 1997, they joined Howard Miller as the Director of Human Resources, where they currently hold a position.

Dave Sawyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wheaton College, which they attended from 1974 to 1978. Dave then pursued a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology & Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. Later on, in 1984 to 1985, they obtained a Master's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
