Carla Spears

Carla Spears is a seasoned project professional with over a decade of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. since April 2011. In this role, Carla provides support to project executives and managers, ensuring the compliance of subcontractors through contract management. Previously, Carla worked as a Project Coordinator at Dustin Construction, managing various phases of project bidding, and held the position of Administrative Assistant at Telos, where responsibilities included organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
