Karen A.

Karen A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karen began their career at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego in 2015, where they worked as an Assessment Specialist and later as a Child & Family Specialist. In these roles, Karen provided crisis intervention, support, and education to children and families involved in investigations and prosecutions. Karen also collaborated with various agencies and facilitated access to needed services. In 2018, Karen joined Aya Healthcare as a Compliance Coordinator and subsequently took on roles as a Compliance Liaison, Compliance Liaison II, and Compliance Team Lead. Finally, in 2023, Karen joined Howard-Sloan Search as the Director of Compliance.

Karen A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of San Diego between 2011 and 2015. Karen'sfocus during this time was on the field of Psychology. Karen then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University from 2019 to 2021.
