Adia Coleman

Adia Coleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and innovation. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the HowU Innovate Entrepreneurship Initiative at Howard University since January 2017, Adia fosters innovation within the university community and the broader DC area. In addition to this role, Adia has been the Manager of the Patent & Trademark Resource Center at Howard University since May 2007. Previous positions include Marketing Specialist Assistant at CQ Press (2004-2005) and Archives Technician at the National Archives Records and Administration (2001-2004). Adia holds a Graduate degree in Information Management, focusing on Information Technology and Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland (2011-2014), and a BA in History from Morgan State University (1999-2003), along with a High School Diploma from the Academy of the Holy Cross (1995-1999).
