Anthony Freeman

Anthony Freeman is an experienced professional in real estate development and strategic management, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Development & Capital Asset Management at Howard University since September 2014. As Principal Partner at Sky Real Estate, LLC since 2007, Anthony identifies value-add projects in the Greater Washington DC area. Previously, Anthony held the position of Senior Vice President of New Ventures, Brand & Strategy at Sodexo, where responsibilities included driving strategic growth for a $4 billion Healthcare Division. Anthony's background includes roles such as President and CEO of the National Capital Revitalization Corporation, Executive Leadership at Blockbuster, and Vice President positions at Terrabrook Communities and Mobil Land Development Corporation. Anthony began a career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant. Anthony holds an MBA in Finance from American University and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
