Carolyn Zarinski is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Operations and previously as the Director of Human Resources at Howard Center since February 2008, Carolyn has significantly contributed to the organization. Prior to this, Carolyn held the position of Manager of Corporate Services at Vermont Electric Cooperative, Inc. from May 2001 to February 2008 and worked as an Insurance Analyst for the City of Burlington from July 1994 to April 2001. Carolyn began a career in human resources as a Benefits Coordinator at Merchants Bank from June 1985 to July 1994. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and multiple certificates from Cornell University ILR School, specializing in Labor Relations and Diversity Management.
