Bill Cooper

Bill Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Howden Capital Markets & Advisory since July 2019, Bill was previously Head of Capital Advisory for TCMA. Additionally, Bill holds the position of Senior Advisor and Non-executive Chairman at HUMN.ai, an insure-tech firm, and has been a member of the Advisory Board for Changing Faces since January 2014. Bill's background includes independent consulting for W&J Consultants Limited and advisory roles with the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund and Lloyds Banking Group, where Bill was Managing Director for over 32 years. Bill Cooper earned a MA in History from the University of Cambridge.
