Nicola Skeels

Nicola Skeels has extensive experience in human resources information systems, primarily focused on Workday. Currently serving as Global Head of HRIS at Howden since May 2021, Nicola is responsible for strategic HRIS leadership. Prior experience includes roles as HRIS Manager at Howden, HR Systems Manager and Analyst at Harrods, and HRIS Analyst at Kering, a leading luxury brand group. Earlier career positions include People Assistant at Coast Stores, HR Coordinator, and Operations Assistant at The Engine Group, and a Creative Resourcer at Creative Recruitment Limited. Nicola's career began with an education at Greensward College, where a GCSE was obtained.
