Andrew Winn

Andrew Winn is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Howdens since November 2020. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Head of Engineering at Comfy Group and Engineering Manager at C and D Foods. Andrew's extensive experience includes over 16 years at Milliken & Company, where responsibilities spanned multi-site management, maintenance oversight, budget management, and implementation of maintenance systems, resulting in significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical/Manufacturing Systems from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, and has completed a Leadership Orientation Program at Milliken University.
