Antonia Gladwin

Antonia Gladwin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and strategy. Currently serving as Group Property Director at Howdens since January 2022, Antonia previously held the position of Head of Real Estate at Amazon from September 2020 to December 2021. Between September 2006 and September 2020, Antonia worked at Arcadia Group Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the UK and international property portfolio, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and maintenance as Head of Property. Earlier roles include Group Estates Manager at Arcadia and Acquisitions Manager at Fat Face and MSBL. Antonia holds degrees in Real Estate Management from London South Bank University and American History from the University of East Anglia, along with a qualification as MRICS from the University of Rhode Island.
