Karen Caddick

Karen Caddick is a human resources executive who has experience working in various industries. Karen is currently a non-executive director at Howden Joinery. Prior to their current role, they served as the group human resources director for Saga plc, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc, and Punch Taverns Plc and Spirit Pub Company Plc. In their roles, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies. Karen also has experience working in property strategy and served on the London Steering Group for the Two Percent Club.

Karen Caddick has a MA Karen'story (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, a MA (Hons) in Karen'story from the University of Glasgow, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Karen'story from the University at Albany, SUNY. Karen also has certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in ACII and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in FCIPD.
