Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in auditing, business performance management, and risk management. Currently serving as Group Internal Auditor at Howdens Joinery Co since February 2016, Neil is responsible for planning and conducting audits across various functions. Prior to this role, Neil worked at Vodafone Ltd for a decade, holding positions such as Business Performance Manager, where responsibilities included oversight of commercial performance for a retail network of 500 stores, and Channel Operations Manager, focusing on risk management and business continuity. Neil's career at Vodafone also included roles as Retail Operations Manager and Programme Manager, as well as Project Manager, managing cross-functional projects. Neil holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry from The University of Manchester, earned between 1986 and 1989.
