Fabrizio Pieroni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in audit management, process development, and quality assurance within the aerospace and defense sector. Currently serving as Group Internal Auditor Executive at MBDA since January 2005, Fabrizio leads operational audits across multiple countries, emphasizing business risk analysis and identifying improvement opportunities. As the Head of Process Development Planning in the Quality Directorate, Fabrizio manages the annual process development plan, oversees the implementation of the New MBDA Business Management System, and supports the deployment of quality processes. Prior experience includes roles as Business Improvement Manager and Senior Quality Process Manager at MBDA, as well as Senior Technical Consultant at Capgemini. Fabrizio's educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, a specialized master's in Quality Engineering, and advanced training in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
