Melissa Johnson

Melissa Johnson currently serves as the COO UK & International at Howden Re since December 2023. Prior to this, Melissa was the Head of Project Delivery at Howden Tiger. Melissa also held the position of Project Portfolio Manager at Tokio Marine Kiln from March 2016 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at Marsh where Melissa held various titles including Operations Manager, Vice President, and Analyst. Melissa holds degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder and New York University.
