Tobias Andersson

Tobias Andersson currently serves as the Head of Continental Europe at Howden Re since October 2023, and briefly held a position at Howden Tiger in the same month. Prior to these roles, Tobias was the CEO of Nordic & Baltic Operations and Managing Director at Guy Carpenter from January 2017 to October 2023. Tobias has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having worked at Länsförsäkringar from September 2004 to January 2017, where responsibilities included Manager of Business Area Reinsurance and Specialty, Reinsurance Manager, Reinsurance Underwriter, and roles in market analysis and project management. A background in business development focused on B2B and non-life insurance was gained during time with Länsförsäkringar International from 2007 to 2008. Education was completed with a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University and additional studies at Newcastle University.
