Allison Dimoff

Allison Dimoff, MPS, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and coaching roles. Allison has held various positions at Howmet Aerospace, including Vice President of HR Corporate Groups and DEI. Prior to that, they worked at Vallourec - North America as a Learning & Development Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Allison also served as an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Lowellville & South Range High Schools and gained experience in student services and management roles earlier in their career.

Allison Dimoff obtained their High School Diploma from Boardman High School in 2003. Allison then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General, from Hiram College, graduating in 2007. In 2019, Allison completed their Masters in Human Resources and Employee Relations (HRER) from Penn State World Campus. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2017, SHRM-CP in 2016, and Miller Heiman Leadership and Service Certified in 2012.
