Debbie Pavlov is an experienced quality professional with a diverse background in aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as an Aerospace Quality Auditor at Howmet Aerospace since June 2025, Debbie has previously held roles such as Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. and Senior Quality Engineer at Regal Beloit d/b/a McGill Mfg Co. with a focus on government contracts and supplier development. Additional experience includes positions as Quality Engineer and Quality Manager at MPI International, LLC, and Quality Engineer roles at Insulation Fabricators, Continental Midland, and Polycon.
