Shamika Stimac (Hardikar) has a strong background in internal audit and financial processes management, with experience in leading audit teams at companies like Howmet Aerospace, Apple Leisure Group, Owens Corning, Audit Value International, and Deloitte. Shamika has progressively advanced their career from Deputy Manager at Deloitte to Internal Audit Director for North America and Global Financial Processes at Howmet Aerospace.

Shamika Stimac (Hardikar) completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Mumbai in 2005. Shamika has also obtained certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Chartered Accountant (CA) from respective institutes.
