Thatcher Montgomery

Thatcher Montgomery has over 28 years of experience in various leadership roles at Alcoa, Arconic, and Howmet Aerospace. Thatcher started their career at Alcoa in 1992, holding roles in strategy, operations, procurement, finance, and engineering until 2016. Thatcher then joined Arconic as Senior Director of Strategy & Business Initiatives from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Thatcher is the Associate VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Howmet Aerospace since early 2021, after serving as Senior Director of Internal Audit from 2020 to 2021.

Thatcher Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in Operations, Finance, and Strategy. They also attended Shadyside Academy for their earlier education.
