Pauliina Venho is a customer success manager at Howspace. Prior to their current position, they worked as a designer at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from April 2019 to February 2020. There, they were responsible for designing and implementing eLearning courses for businesses and other organizations in collaboration with teachers. Additionally, they worked on developing online courses for continuing education and corporate training. Before working at Metropolia, Venho was an expert and trainer at Ilona IT Oy from August 2014 to April 2019. There, they delivered both short-term and long-term online courses, including Mobile Total courses funded by the Finnish National Agency for Education and paid Digitutor continuing education courses. The subjects of their courses at Ilona included mobile learning and digital learning environments, designing and implementing online courses, using information and communication technology in device-independent environments, creative production with mobile devices (videos, animations, infographics, podcasts, e-books, 360-degree photos), phenomenon-based learning and technology, camera pen pedagogy, technology-supported assessment, opportunities for augmented and virtual reality in education, among others. Pauliina is also experienced with a variety of technical environments, including the pedagogical use of iOS and Android devices and apps (both 1:1 and BYOD), collaborative use of cloud services in education (Google Suite, O365), Adobe Connect, Adobe's multimedia mobile applications, social media such as blogs and other community platforms, 360-degree photography, Thinglink, Google Tour Creator, etc.

Pauliina Venho is a systemic business coach who has worked in the coaching field for many years. Pauliina has a teacher's pedagogical qualification from Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education, and an M.A. (educ.) in education, work and organisational psychology, sociology from the University of Helsinki.

Pauliina Venho reports to Olli-Pekka Juoperi, Chief Customer Officer. They work with Lotta Mäkinen - Customer Engagement Lead, EMEA & APAC, Felicia Koskinen - Customer Engagement Lead, and Anna Mittler - Customer Success Manager.
