Jonathan Simm

Jonathan Simm is an experienced professional in the private equity sector with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at HOXTON BAKEHOUSE LIMITED and Four D Rubber Ltd, as well as Chairman at INDEPENDENT PORT HANDLING LIMITED since November 2022, Jonathan has demonstrated a robust leadership capacity. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Portfolio Director at YFM Equity Partners, overseeing investments in RGE Services Ltd and SOS Leak Detection Ltd from August 2019 to October 2023. Co-founding Altitude Partners LLP in April 2010, Jonathan contributed to private equity investments for high net worth clients until October 2023. Additional roles include Portfolio Director at Mobeus Equity Partners and Finance Director at Kylmar (KMC) Limited, alongside notable experiences at Lloyds TSB Development Capital and Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) in Archaeology from the University of Southampton, obtained in 1987, after completing education at Latymer Upper School.
