Mathilde Thoulouze is a bioprocess engineer at Hoxton Farms. Mathilde previously worked as an associate scientist at UCB from July 2020 to July 2021, where they developed scale-down microbial upstream processes. From October 2018 to April 2019, they worked on a Masters Research Project at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, where they optimized primary recovery filtration performance for bacteria and algae.
