Neil Murphy

Neil Murphy possesses extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as SVP Global Operations and Supply Chain at HOYA Surgical Optics since January 2022, Neil previously held the position of Vice President of Production and Engineering at LifeNet Health from February 2020 to December 2021. Neil's career includes significant roles at Terumo BCT as Vice President of Manufacturing for the Eastern Hemisphere and Director of Transfusion Factory Integration PMO, as well as consultancy at XVIVO Perfusion AB. Neil's earlier positions include leadership roles at Vitrolife Inc. and ThermoBiostar, alongside operational management at Eppendorf 5 Prime and 5 Prime - 3 Prime. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
