Stefan Kaiser

Stefan Kaiser is a seasoned professional in the medical optics industry with extensive experience in commercial leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director Commercial EMEA North-East at HOYA Surgical Optics since August 2022, Stefan previously held several senior positions at Johnson & Johnson Vision, including Senior Director Commercial Surgical EMEA and General Manager AMO Germany GmbH. Prior to that, Stefan was associated with Abbott Medical Optics as Commercial Director Surgical EMEA and held roles at Carl Zeiss Meditec, where responsibilities included Director Sales & Marketing for the Refractive Lasers unit. Early career experience includes positions at Geuder AG and as a Product Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec. Stefan holds a degree from the University of Applied Sciences Cologne and has completed executive education programs at Kellogg’s School of Management and INSEAD.
