Sean Dineen

Sean Dineen currently serves as CHRO/VP of Human Resources for North America at Hoya Vision Care, leading the HR strategy across 21 sites and overseeing the people strategy for Global R&D, IT, Legal, and Compliance since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dineen was the Chief People Officer at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC, where responsibilities included directing people strategies for 18 sites and 13,000 employees across five countries from May 2022 to June 2023. Dineen has also held significant positions at Vanderlande, where leadership included global talent and learning strategies, and at Tailored Brands, Inc. and Concentrix, where talent management and acquisition were key focuses. Dineen possesses a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Alfred University.
