Jacob Sparkowich, PE, PTOE is a Senior Transportation Engineer with experience at Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. and Northeast Civil Solutions. Jacob previously worked as a Field Technician at the University of New Hampshire, where Jacob monitored the spreading tick population and the spread of Lyme Disease.
