Jennifer Fabrick

Jennifer Fabrick, MBA, PHR, currently serves as Director of Human Resources Operations at HoyleCohen Wealth Management since January 2023, contributing to the firm's comprehensive financial services across the United States. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at One World Ventures from July 2018 to January 2023, overseeing diverse investments in various sectors. Jennifer also served as Interim CEO at the Better Business Bureau from April 2017 to March 2018, where a significant turnaround in the sales function was achieved. From July 2005 to March 2018, Jennifer was Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at the Better Business Bureau serving San Diego, Orange, and Imperial Counties, and initially directed finance and human resources prior to ascending to leadership during a corporate merger. Jennifer earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University, complemented by an Associate's degree from Glendale Community College.
