Cato Chan has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Lead Global Operation at HoYoverse since August 2021. Previously, Cato was a Publishing Producer at Tencent Games from June 2019 to August 2021, leading a team to publish and operate games for the global market, achieving top performance evaluations. At Alpha Games, Cato held the position of Vice President, establishing the Overseas Product Centers and overseeing product life cycles. Cato also worked as a Product Director at Netease Games, where a licensed game studio was developed, recognized for publishing a successful mobile game in China. Early career experience includes roles as Product Manager and Project Management Supervisor at ShanDa Interactive Entertainment Ltd., contributing to mobile game publishing and project management. Cato holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong and studied as an exchange student at Tsinghua University.
