Daisy Peak is an experienced talent acquisition and organizational culture professional with a diverse background in global recruitment and corporate culture promotion. Currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition leader at HoYoverse, Daisy has successfully managed the recruitment of over 250 new hires using innovative strategies. Prior experience includes roles at ByteDance and TikTok, where Daisy promoted corporate culture to 15,000+ employees across 23 countries, and at Alibaba Group as an Organizational Culture Specialist, supporting 110,000 employees. Daisy co-founded Limewing Talents, a leading HR service platform for foreign talent in southwest China, and has held various roles focused on organizational culture and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include an MSci in Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham and an International Baccalaureate from St Mary Magdalene Academy.
