Merve Shen

Merve Shen 艾小羽 is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as a Business Partner at HoYoverse since May 2023, Merve previously held the position of Country Human Resources Manager at Tencent and Human Resources Manager at 虎牙. Notable achievements include founding a legal entity in Turkey, establishing hiring processes compliant with Turkish Labor Law, and developing a Turkish team from inception. Merve’s earlier roles encompassed human resources administrative functions at IGG and sales management at Air China, where responsibilities included coordinating VVIP flight operations for dignitaries. Merve holds a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Istanbul University, with further education at Northwest Normal University.
