Carolina Fraile Avila

Carolina Fraile Avila has worked in a variety of roles since 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Psychologist for GoPass Colombia. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for INTER CONTACT GROUP S.A.S and as a Human Resources Supervisor for GRUPO NOVUS. Currently, they are working as a Sharing Economy Manager and a Líder de Atracción for Hoytrabajas (YC W22). In their various roles, they have been responsible for coordinating the Human Resources area of the respective companies, ensuring recruitment, selection, and hiring of candidates for operational, commercial, and administrative positions. Carolina has also been responsible for conducting disciplinary processes and employee separations if necessary, as well as monitoring the candidate's training process and performance.

Carolina Fraile Avila completed a degree in Psicológo from Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud in the field of Ciencias sociales between 2016 and 2019. Carolina then went on to complete an Especializacion en Gerencia en Salud from the same institution in 2020.
