Erika Pardo Bohórquez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018 as an Abogada Asociada at Bayona Cuervo & Abogados. In 2019, they took on the role of Directora Legal at Factcil, and in 2020 they joined HoyTrabajas (YCombinator W22) as Director de asuntos jurídicos // Gestión de Inversión.

Erika Pardo Bohórquez began their educational journey in 2012 when they enrolled in Universidad Libre ® to pursue a degree in Derecho Comercial Internacional. Erika graduated in 2019 with the degree of Abogada. In 2019, they were selected as one of the top 10 startups to be accelerated for six months at Rockstart. Currently, they are enrolled in Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga to pursue a degree in Especialización en Derecho Comercial.
