Matthew Arnold

Matthew Arnold is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Hozelock (UK) since December 2022, Matthew has previously held roles including Head of Operations at Grayson Thermal Systems and Operations Manager at Lear Corporation, where Matthew focused on providing just-in-time supply to Jaguar Land Rover. Earlier career roles included Project Manager and Production Manager at Kautex Unipart, overseeing a significant team, as well as a foundation in quality assurance at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK. Matthew's educational background includes achieving seven grade C GCSEs with a focus on leadership and management from Belgrave High School.
