Raj then worked at various hotels, including The Oberoi Group, Holiday Inn, Ramada Plaza, and Neptune Hotels, in roles such as Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2007, they became the Managing Director at Appointments. In 2008, Raj founded Hozpitality.com, a dedicated hospitality network, and later Hozpitalityplus.com, a networking group for hospitality professionals. In 2010, they established Hozpitality Consulting in Canada, a hospitality executive search company. Throughout their career, Raj has gained extensive experience and expertise in the hospitality industry.
