Claire Rachel Howard

Claire Rachel Howard is an experienced legal professional serving as the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at HP Hood LLC since August 2016. In addition to this role, Claire is the Founder and Chief Dreamer of Trust Without Borders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting the poor and marginalized in various countries, including Honduras and the Philippines. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Devine, Millimet & Branch and Getman, Stacey, Schulthess & Steere, P.A., where expertise encompassed general corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. Claire also held an associate attorney position at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, practicing intellectual property and corporate law. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree in intellectual property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, Claire was a board member at Leadership Seacoast from 2015 to 2018.
