Danielle Lemack

Danielle Lemack serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at HP Hood LLC, where responsibilities include counseling on complex legal matters, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic solutions. Previous roles include serving as an Attorney at Axiom, focusing on corporate work and contract negotiation, and as a Partner at Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, specializing in intellectual property law. Danielle co-founded the Families of September 11th organization, successfully transitioning it from a small board to an incorporated entity and managing staff and programs. Danielle began a legal career as a Legal Intern at the Legal Resources Centre, assisting with community advocacy during the apartheid era. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
