Paul C. Nightingale

Paul Nightingale serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at HP Hood LLC since January 2004. In addition to this role, Paul is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has previously held the position of Past President. Paul also holds a position as a member of the Board of Trustees at Plummer Youth Promise, where Paul previously served as Past President. Paul has been involved with the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program since 1995, participating as a member of AAP 174 after serving as Past Co-Chairman. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel at Cabot Corporation and as a Partner in the Environmental Law Department at Goodwin Procter. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and an Executive Management Program completion at Harvard Business School. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University.
