Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah has an extensive work experience in the field of finance and investment banking. Mihir is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at HP Adhesives Limited since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Investment Banking - India at Global M&A Partners from April 2017 to May 2021. At Ladderup Corporate Advisory, Mihir held the roles of Vice President from April 2013 to March 2017 and Assistant Vice President from May 2011 to March 2013. Mihir started their career at Kotak Investment Banking as an Associate from October 2007 to April 2011. Before that, they worked as a Manager in the Corporate Banking Group at ICICI Bank from May 2006 to September 2007. Mihir has a strong background in M&A advisory, private equity advisory, and relationship management with a focus on sectors such as chemicals, packaging, industrials, metals and mining, healthcare, and light engineering.

Mihir Shah began their education at R C Patel High school from 1989 to 1998. Mihir then attended Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounts. In 2004, they furthered their education at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and completed their MBA in Finance in 2006.
