René Ros

René ROS is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global operations and manufacturing. Currently serving as COO at Adler Pelzer Group since September 2015, René leads global operations across 87 production plants in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, focusing on quality, health, safety, environment, operational excellence, and supply chain logistics. Prior roles include Director of Operations for Faurecia, where responsibility encompassed operations engineering across multiple continents, and Director of Operations at Alpargatas S.A., overseeing 13 production sites in South America. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Siemens. René holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and advanced certifications in Industrial Management and Finance from respected institutions such as IMD and FGV.
