Mamta Shetty is a visionary HR professional with over 12 years of experience in people operations, currently serving at HP since July 2011. In this role, Mamta has led transformative HR initiatives that have significantly enhanced employee experience, operational excellence, and digital transformation in a fast-paced environment. As a Regional HR Business Partner, Mamta provides professional HR guidance and operational support across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Prior to HP, Mamta worked as a Senior Finance Analyst at GE and held accounts executive positions at Deloitte Singapore and TCS e-Serve International Ltd., where responsibilities included resolving customer queries for Citibank's back office operations. Mamta holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University.
